• Some Products may be marked as "coming soon" or otherwise not yet available for purchase; such items cannot be ordered until released.

Payment for Products is processed through our connected payment providers at checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information supplied is accurate and complete.

Where a manual or offline payment method is offered, your order will be confirmed only once payment has been received and cleared in full.

We aim to deliver Products within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by delivery partners, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us at hello@ajoba.co.uk if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the nature of skincare Products, your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may be limited in respect of Products that have been unsealed or used, except where Products are faulty or not as described.

If you wish to return a Product, please contact us at hello@ajoba.co.uk as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

The Content on the Site, including Product descriptions, ingredient lists, guidance, and self-care materials, is provided for general information only and is not intended as medical, dermatological, or professional advice.

Skincare Products are formulated for external use only. Always read the label, follow the directions for use, and perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a qualified professional if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.

All Content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, Product names, the Ajoba name and mark, and the North Star Veil™ signature, is owned by or licensed to Ajoba and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

Where you submit feedback, reviews, photographs, questionnaire responses, or other content to the Site (including through evaluation programmes and forms), you grant Ajoba a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting our Products and Services.
